• Freight Shipping
  Freight shipments are not included in our free shipping offer. All freight deliveries are quoted individually based on destination and item size.

  All standard items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

• 30-Day Functional Guarantee
  Engines, transmissions, electronics, and other select components include a 30-day guarantee, as specified on the individual product pages.

Returns & Restocking

• Return Eligibility
  Items may be returned within the applicable warranty or guarantee period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective.

• Freight Return Shipping
  Return freight shipping is not covered by our policy.

• Restocking Fee
  A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of non-defective items.

• Special Order Items
  Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  Making sure you get the correct parts for your BMW is a top priority. If you have any question about fitment please contact us directly, we are happy to double check fitment to ensure that our parts will or will not fit your vehicle.
• What if I can't find what I need on your website?
  Please contact us directly if you don't see what you are looking for. We have dozens of parts cars in our yard and more coming in on a regular basis.
• Do you ship to my country?
  We offer international shipping to our customers around the world. The likely answer is YES with few exceptions. Please contact us directly to place your international order.
• When will my item be shipped?
  Our standard order processing time is 2 business days, but we try to get all orders out as soon as possible and often ship same-day if we can. If you have a need for an expedited order, we are happy to accommodate. Please contact us directly for extra speedy delivery options.
• Can you expedite shipping?
  Yes we can! We have a number of options from UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, SpeeDee and more! Please contact us directly to get your parts as soon as possible.

• Can I pickup parts in person?
  Yes! Our shop is located in Medina, MN, and we are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. We also can install parts while you wait!

  Yes! We offer complete installation services, as well as other specialty BMW services including diagnostics and restoration.
