Lens shows wear and has a few cracks as shown in the photos. Includes bulbs and ballast and they were working when the headlight was removed but they may need to be replaced. Item shows wear from use such as scratches and scuffs. Part may not fit all variations of chassis listed. Use part number to determine fitment. Working when removed. Removed from parts vehicle.
